A structured sober living program unlike traditional transitional living or halfway houses.

Up to 18 Months


Phase 2 is an 18 month sober living home with a zero tolerance policy and random drug/alcohol testing with no exceptions. All meals will be prepared by the residences on their own behalf. Dinner will be prepared and cooked by an assigned house member. Residents will be assigned and share a bedroom with a roommate (semi-private room). Each Phase 2 home will be allocated a monthly predetermined utilities/bills/food expense account to pay for the house bills and food. Any overages of the normal monthly allocated

utilities/bills/food expense will be split between the house members. A weekly house meeting is required along with an in-house steel on steel accountability meeting. Two outside meetings are also required.  Curfew will be from 12 am to 6 am unless other arrangements are made and approved by staff and/or house committee due to a work schedule conflict. Ten  hours a week of volunteer work/training on the “Brick House Foundation” homes will be required of each resident. Upon successful completion of Phase 2 residents will graduate to phase 3 based on successful monthly reviews and availability of move in ready homes.

3 Years

Phase 4 is a three year sober living program with a zero tolerance policy and random drug/alcohol testing with no exceptions. Each resident will be placed in their own single family home with no roommates. All meals will be prepared by the resident. The resident will be responsible for paying all their bills on time. They will not have any curfew. Five hours a week of volunteer work/training and maintaining a working supervisory role on the “Brick House Foundation” homes will be required of each resident along with 5 hours a week documented work/cleaning on their own home. Upon successful completion of Phase 4 the “Brick House Foundation” will grant that home to the resident, to own outright.

Phase 2

Brick House Foundation

1 Year

Phase 3 is a 1 year sober living program with a zero tolerance policy and random drug/alcohol testing with no exceptions. All meals will be prepared and provided by the residents on their own behalf. Residents will be assigned their own private bedroom. Each Phase 3 home will equally split the utilities/bills between the residents living in the home. There will be no curfew and residents are able to come and go as they please. A weekly house meeting is required along with a steel on steel meeting alternating between 2-phase 3 homes. Two outside meetings are also required. Ten hours a week of volunteer work/training and maintaining a working supervisory role on the "Brick House Foundation" homes will be required of each resident. Upon successful completion of Phase 3 residents will graduate to phase 4 based on successful monthly reviews and availability of move in ready homes.

Phase 1

​​3 to 9 Months


Phase 1 is a 3 to nine 9 month group home sober living program with zero tolerance policy and random drug/alcohol testing with no exceptions. Arrangements are a minimum of three residents per bedroom. A weekly house meeting is required along with an in-house Big Book study meeting. Two outside meetings are also required. Dinner will be provided and cooked for the residences with the assistance of 1 to 2 residents every evening. Breakfast and lunch food will be available as well though it will be the residents responsibility 

Phase 3
