FAQs

What is the rent?
Phase 1, $100 a week; $125 a week thereafter. No down payment is required.

When is rent due?
The prior Sunday of every week by 5:00 pm. For new arrivals, weeks will be prorated. All other rent funds are nonrefundable.

What happens if I am late for curfew?
Arrangements need to be made for work shift conflicts. For any other reason, one verbal warning and one written warning will be given and then the resident will be required to leave the program.

Am I close to a bus route?
Yes.
